Absolutely love the Dango line of wallets! The Pull Pocket Adapter is just what I needed to carry a few more cards and still keep the low profile. Add to it the Walnut Backplate to complete a great look for already great wallet.
We have purchased many products from DANGO over the years and this is the first time I have had a concern with product control, the stitching on our recent product appears to be lacking reliability for when it will be used with the pull-up tab to become detached. see pictures. I dont know what you can offer for a soulation?

Love the look and durable feel of this A10 accessory. I purchased it to reconfigure my EDC with a dark look including the carbon fiber backplate. The quality and workmanship put into every Dango product is appreciated.
Bought as a future replacement accessory. The original still works great years later. The original leather aged well too. The slide/pull holds 2 cards, hides key or cash, and is a fast way of showing your credentials.
Products are great, but customer support could be better. I wanted to look at the $150 bundle for the “3rd” day in December gifts. However, after a few people were asking questions about general contents, no replies on Facebook. So I did not purchase it. Also, email replies have been untimely for my purchases this year. When I purchased my first wallet a few years ago, it was spot on. Communication was timely and clear. This year, not so much, unfortunately. Hopefully this feedback is taken well as it is not personal. It is meant as a measurement for possible staffing increases and/or customer service training.
I own several Dango wallets,lanyards and accessories. I wanted to lighten my Ti A10 which has the added money clip but only room for 1 ID and 4 cards. This accessory fits perfectly. The one issue I experienced is that the pull-tap for the added cards pulls the opposite direction!. By this I mean that as you pull the tab, the pocket adapter pulls away from the rail of the A10. When the pocket adapter plate or the sewn leather attachment is reversed, then it would tend to pull the adapter to its intended end rail for security. My preference,no issue as to quality. I would like to see this as an option. Great and innovative product from Dango. Ted Bates
