I got this as a backup for the rail prong that comes with the Maverick. It’s plastic, but it feels sturdy. I appreciate having extra parts just in case, especially since this part of the wallet gets a lot of use from pulling cards in and out.
Bought this as a back up replacement for the rail prong that comes with the Maverick. Yes it is plastic but feels well made. I just like having spare parts for the just incase especially with this piece of the wallet being a part that takes wear and tare from pulling cards in and out.
I've purchased at least 4 wallets and various other items, I guess you could say I'm a dedicated Patron of Dango. I would much prefer that these clips be mad of something stronger though. Kevlar or Carbon Fiber would be awesome or even aluminum, as I am not fond of the plastic. It these ones break I will have to retire this wallet and go with something different as my EDC even though I always have 3 on me at all times. Otherwise the wallet is awesome.

Is Dango! Love the wallet (m4) got a few wallets already and they all stand the test of time and style, functions.
I like the all can be customizable.
The clips were purchased to replace the original plastic clips that had broken. These replacement clips are also plastic. I suspect they will not hold up either.
I have not had the wallet long, so this is not a full review of the product. However, since I had a quality control issue with my purchase I thought I should share my experience as it was very positive. My leather wallet showed up with some incomplete stitching. I shared a photo of it with the Dango team and they had a new leather insert for the chassis out to me within 36 hours. No questions. No hassles. Just ownership and resolution. Thank you, Dango.
