Slide Action Rail System
The internal patented Rail System allows cards to eject smoothly while locking cards in. Wether you have one card or loaded with many, nothing’s falling out.
I only put 4 cards into the SK1 wallet, to test it out. Everytime I try to swipe it open, it gets stuck/goes sideways...no matter how I try to swipe it open. I took the cards out just to verify I didn't have too many in there and it did the same thing. Maybe I received a bad one? I like the design, and I wish I liked the operation but it's just not there, at least with the one I have.
Yo Charlie, you got this one right! This one’s the perfect EDC for 2 or 3 Cards, some cash for the Barmaids, and a Drivers License. Straight from the Beach, to our Bar for a few Bourbons and some an afternoon watching the Bands with my Brunette, and my Blonde. The price is on point too.
Champagne so sleek. Titanium grip is high quality and holds money in place. With one hand, find it easy to pop the cards and then select the one I need. Big fan of this new addition to my collection of Dango!
Do not buy this wallet. The slide mechanism is absolute crap, I Have had the wallet for less than one hour with the plan on returning it, but just sticking it in my pocket for 15 minutes, caused it to get scraped and Scratches everywhere now I have a busted wallet that barely works and already looks like it’s old. I have bought Dango product products before And was always impressed with the quality, but this slide wallet is absolute trash, now I’m out 50 bucks and can’t even replace it with less than one hour of use
Awesome wallet for EDC enthusiasts!
Hands down one of the coolest wallets I’ve owned. lightweight, incredibly well built, and the design turns heads. Fits perfectly into a minimalist carry setup. Highly recommended.
A word of advice to all skeptics: don't rush to write a negative review. The product requires a bit of a break-in period. It takes just 500 opening cycles for it to start working exactly as advertised.
Trash, sharp corners, binds up super easy,4 cards wont even open, when it does open all the cards are the same height and you cant get out easily, tired to return but they make it impossible to do so. You have to jump theough hopes. Had high hopes, loved the idea. But cheap plastic parts.
The mechanism is clunkly. Even after a month usage, the cards does not come out as smooth as i wanted them be. The upper metal plate slides sideways even if pushed at the center with thumb. I was told overtime the mechanism will get better as the silicon for card is brand new and in few usage the silicon will adjust accordingly. 3 stars cz I really love the design, wish the mechanism was as good.
Love the look. This not my first Dango product, and not my favorite. The mechanism is very stiff, but I’ve read that it needs to be broken in. I’m attempting to use it and hoping it begins working better. If it doesn’t start moving open and closed better, it will join my other discarded wallets.
The tension on the money clip is pretty tense. Not an issue if the clip would be slightly narrower allowing the money to go in and out a little easier. That was my only issue.
The slide mechanism is difficult to use and could use some stippling to improve the function. I have a pretty dirty job and just from the wallet being in my pocket for one day on the job, the mechanism became further impeded from sliding. Great concept, execution could use improvement (in my opinion). As a further note, for the sake of this opinion of mine I n all due respect. I did use the wallet and the mechanism of operation thoroughly the days before I worked with the wallet in my pocket and I believe these issues existed beforehand. Therefore it wasnt the dirt that created the issue in my case. I welcome any discourse on the subject.
This wallet is pretty flimsy. I was considering using this as a paired down from my Ridge wallet for travel but was very surprised how flimsy this was when it showed up. I wouldn't be comfortable or confident keeping credit cards or an ID and being sure it stayed in. Sorry but at least I only dropped $32 on it to find out.
Great wallet! Love the design. It’s fun fidget with. I’ve already gifted it and will likely add it to our client gift options. Keep focusing on quality and you will keep me as a client. Great Job!
When I first saw the wallet I was pleased. Then I started using it. The movement of the wallet that pushes the cards out isn't a smooth action. Most times it slides up crooked and you have to fidget with it. The gold color scratches very easily. I do like the weight and the ease of use when it works correctly.
I have an assortment of different metal and plastic cards. They do not slide out at all and get stuck. Even though I use the max recommended number of cards.
It is really hard for the cards to pop up. It gets stuck and not smooth like groovelife wallet. Not all of my cards fit. My Ridge wallet fits everything.
They sent the wrong 1 but are making it right. Not one of their better wallets but i aint knocking their rest of their lineup.
UPDATE-i used shop cash to buy 25$ of it, apparently i aint getting that back, and i only got 20$ back from dango. With the shipping and and return fees, pretty sure they didnt lose money, just me. Typical corporation, profit over people.
